Chef Bee brings together a strong background in business and international culinary education. She holds a Certificate IV and Graduate Diploma in Hospitality from Kenvale College, as well as a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment from REACH Community College in Australia. Her diverse experience in both local and global kitchens has shaped a leadership style that is innovative, inspiring, and deeply rooted in purpose.

But more than honing culinary excellence, Chef Bee leads with heart. She instills in every student not just the passion to excel in the kitchen, but the compassion to serve beyond it. Under her leadership, CIEP students are empowered to give back using their skills to support communities, feed the underserved, and collaborate with organizations in need. Through this, they learn that being a great chef means making a meaningful difference, one plate at a time.

Together with a team of seasoned chef instructors, Chef Bee continues to uphold the mission of CIEP to shape chefs who are not only exceptional in craft but also in character.
